The drills are very good but the oral articulation has to be smoother, less hesitant and more focused on the theme only, avoid jumping from one theme onto another and then returning to the original theme .

You also can look at the book ”Dutch Total Fotball” at their practise called ”wine glass” to start with.
Your drill is very good to building up the practice ”wine glass” to make it more real.
