Domestic Shipping:
Orders for books, DVD’s and magazines are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS Ground. Shipping times may vary and can take 5-10 business days.

International Shipping:
Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service and shipping times can vary between 2-5 weeks, depending on customs and destination country’s mail service. Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. Some countries might charge fees related to customs and/or taxes. WORLD CLASS COACHING is not responsible for any fees your country might charge you regarding incoming packages.
Book and DVD Returns:
All WORLD CLASS COACHING products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Defective items will be replaced with the same title only. There are no exchanges or refunds other than exchanges of defective items.
