Orders for books, DVD’s and magazines are typically processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx Ground.  Shipping times may vary and can take 5-10 business days.

International Shipping:
Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service and shipping times can vary between 2-5 weeks, depending on customs and destination country’s mail service.  Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

Kwik Goal orders are shipped to US addresses only.

Book and DVD Returns:
All WORLD CLASS COACHING products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Defective items will be replaced with the same title only.  There are no exchanges or refunds other than exchanges of defective items.
