Domestic Shipping:

Orders for printed books, are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS Ground. Shipping times vary and typically take 5-10 business days. We can’t guarantee a delivery date because the US Postal Service doesn’t guarantee a delivery date. However, you can be rest assured that we will process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it.

International Shipping:

Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service and shipping times can vary between 2-5 weeks, depending on customs and destination country’s mail service. We can’t guarantee a delivery date because the US Postal Service doesn’t guarantee a delivery date. However, you can be rest assured that we will process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. Some countries might charge fees related to customs and/or taxes. WORLD CLASS COACHING is not responsible for any fees your country might charge you regarding incoming packages.

Returns:

You can return your printed or eBook within the time frame of its guarantee for a full refund of the product price.

For the printed (hard copy) version, mail the book back in good condition to WORLD CLASS COACHING, 12851 Flint, Overland Park, KS 66213 with a note explaining that you wish to cancel, and include the email address you gave when making the purchase.

For an eBook refund, please delete any and all electronic copies of the PDF and destroy any printed copies you have made. Then send a signed letter to the address above with a note explaining that you wish to cancel, that you have deleted all printed and electronic copies and include the email address you gave when making the purchase.
