Problems with downloading diagrams or blank screens.
Problems with blank screens are usually caused by an old version of your browser. Make sure your browser is the latest version. You can check for updates here – Internet Explorer – Google Chrome – Firefox – Safari – This is an imporant step. Make sure you try this first before you contact us as we will direct you to do this as the first step in the help process anyway.
FYI – Google Chrome is the browser we have found that works best with the Session Designer.
If you have problems where it brings an error message when attempting to download a diagram, it can sometimes be a bug related to the curved lines. We are still trying to figure this bug out but can’t always replicated the problem. For now, here is a solution that works.
- Create a new version of the diagram but name it with NO spaces…i.e. “TestDiagram” and not “Test Diagram”.
- Place everything on the diagram but not the curves and see if it downloads okay. If it does, try the next step.
- Add the first curved line and see if it downloads okay. If it does, try adding more curves and try downloading after each curve.
